How do I sign up?

If you are interested in attending a concert or tour, first check our Events or Tours page to see if we have a bus available. If yes, purchase a ticket by clicking on that event/tour; you will be redirected to our Eventbrite page. Once you have an e-ticket, you're all set! Your BusMove Ambassador will reach out to you via email a few days before the event to give any last-minute details and provide you with a phone number to call/text during your experience. Please make sure to print the e-ticket or download the Eventbrite app and add it to your wallet. You will be required to present it before boarding the bus.

Where can I find updates about my trip?

Your BusMove Ambassador will reach out to you via email a few days before your event or tour to give any last-minute details and provide you with a phone number to call/text during your experience. You can also join the BusMove Facebook group or follow us on Instagram where you can find more information and connect with other riders.

Can I bring food/Drinks on the bus?

Yes, you can bring food or drink on the bus as long as you clean up after yourself. Please be responsible.

Can I leave my personal belongings on the bus?

If you need to leave your items on the bus, we recommend storing them in the overhead storage compartment. BusMove is not responsible for lost or stolen items. The bus will be secured during the event.

What happens if my event is canceled or I'm unable to make it?

If your event is canceled, we will fully refund all bus tickets. If you are unable to make it, you must request a refund at least 7 days in advance. There are no refunds if you miss the bus or put in your request less than 7 days prior to departure. We recommend you transfer your tickets to someone else if you're unable to make it. Otherwise, your seat on the bus will remain vacant.

Can I charter out my own BusMove Vehicle?

 While our mission is to provide community bus service to Orange County residents, we occasionally accept special requests from private groups on a case-by-case basis. Email us at info@busmove.com with your request. Buses are on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
